UX/UI Designer

Description

We are looking for a creative and analytical UX/UI Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking process
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of responsive design principles
• Understanding of front-end development constraints
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
• Stay current with design trends and best practices
